WHITE BEAN AND ARTICHOKE DIP

I found this recipe and thought I would give it a try this evening.I know the photo doesn’t look very good…it’s hard to take photos of white food! Trust me is is much better than it looks. I love artichokes, and I love white beans the combination is good. I added a little more crushed red pepper…of course I like things a little spicy. I thought it would be an appetizer, it ended up being our dinner we ate so much! No BULL it is a delicious simple somewhat healthy dip. I served it with warm bread Tomato Basil Focaccia bread by Archer Farms! You can purchase this at Target. I have never tried it before, I will be buying it again! It was delicious. I loved the flavors with this dip. I know the photo doesn’t look very good…it’s hard to take photos of white food! Hope you can give it a try.
